The Huntingdon Valley Pa homeowners noticed ground water seepage in their crawlspace & basement , and with limit space and two new babies on the way the homeowners are looking to finish the basement and use the crawlspace for storage . So that’s when they contacted the professional at Jamison Basement Waterproofing.

The challenges we faced were installing the drainage system around the perimeter of the crawl space, as it was a very small, dirty, and damp area to work in.

To address this, Project Manager Steve C. went out to meet with the new clients and recommended a drainage system around both the crawl space and basement. Steve also recommended a moisture vapor barrier on the basement walls to protect the future finished basement from any wall leakage.

Now, with the basement and crawl space dry, the homeowners will be able to add more dry, usable space.
