The Philadelphia homeowners contacted us after they noticed water seepage into their basement from behind their finished walls.

What challenges did we face?

The biggest challenge we faced was removing the finished wall to access the foundation floor wall joint.

Solutions provided:

Project Manager George S. went out to meet with the clients and recommended we install a interior drainage system ( Grate-Drain )with a new Grate Sump Sump Pump . The sump pump will discharge the water from below the basement slab into the sewer line.

Now the Philadelphia homeowners have a dry basement.
