Why did the customer contact us?

Jalma called us because after her electrician went in to her crawlspace he told her it was practically raining down there meaning the moisture levels was so high that condensation was dripping off of the rim joints and pipes and he recommended she get something done fast . That's when she gave us a call to make the repairs.

What challenges did we face?

The challenges we face were working in a tight space the crawlspace was small in height its was so much humidity down there the floor joints was dripping moisture.

Solutions provided:

After Crawlspace specialist Steve meet with her , the solutions he provided were a full encapsulation system with dehumidifier we also closed up open vents and we installed a Grate sump pump in the low spot for drainage. Before we were even done you could a big difference and the whole Home as the humidity levels started to drop rapidly. Now that the crawlspace is dry and free of ground water seepage the homeowner just added around 2,000 sq ft of dry useable space .
