The challenge we faced was that we had to remove the homeowner-built air quality unit so we could get the system all the way against the foundation wall. We also installed a floor drain next to the water heater for him at no charge.

To address this, we installed a full perimeter drainage system, blocked up 2 windows, added a sump pump, and installed 5 reinforced wall straps for foundation stabilization.
