Why did the customer contact us?

The Willow Grove Homeowners contacted us because they wanted to expand the living space in their home by moving the home office into the basement. First, they had to fix the leaky basement which has been leaking all spring.

Solutions provided:

Project Manager Steve Custus went out to do a full basement inspection. After what he saw and what the homeowners told him about the problem he was able to come up with a permanent solution to keep their basement dry all of the time.

To take care of the ground water seepage problem Steve recommended a full perimeter drainage system ( GrateDrain). This drainage system will be able to channel all of the ground water to the ( GrateSumps ).

Now the homeowners finally have a dry basement after all these years . Thanks to Jamison Basement Waterproofing.
