Why did the customer contact us?

The North Wales Homeowners contacted us because they have plans on finish their basement but first wanted to make sure . it was protected from ground water seepage.

Solutions provided:

Project manager Steve Custus went out to meet with the homeowners and to find out their future plans for the basement, after the basement inspection Steve recommended a closed drainage system ( Grate Drain ) and replacing the homeowners existing Sump pump with a new ( GrateSump ) the GrateSump can remove up to 2400 gph of water from the basement.

To protect the future finish basement from wall leaks Steve recommended a fully sealed moisture vapor barrier on the walls . That will drain any wall leaks down into the drainage system .
