This Chesnut hill repeat client contacted us after putting his home on the market and the wet basement started to become an issue with potential buyers . So that’s when he gave us a call at Jamison Basement Waterproofing.

Solutions provided:

Project manger Steve Custus went out to take a look at the problem and discovered that the water was seeping into this basement through the wall-floor seam. To correct this issue, GrateDrain system to drain groundwater to a GrateSump sump pump before the water can reach the basement interior. Also we installed full vapor barrier to protect against any wall leaks, Steve also noticed a window rotted so he recommend replacing with a new Glassblock window .

Now that the wet basement isn’t a issue anymore this home will be off the market ASAP
