After the homeowner had the sewer lined repair they noticed water seeping into the basement at the front wall of the home .

Solutions provided:

The challenge we faced was getting this project installed within a week because the new tenants were moving in.

To address this, we provided him with a Level 2 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a partial GrateDrain drainage system along the front wall with a vapor barrier. We also installed a FastSump pump system that can pump 2400 gallons of water per hour.
