After the homeowner had the sewer lined repair they noticed water seeping into the basement at the front wall of the home .

What challenges did we face?

We had to get this project installed within a week because the new tenants was moving in ..

Solutions provided:

We provided him with a level 2 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a partial GrateDrain drainage system along the front wall with a vapor barrier. We also installed a Fastsump pump system that can pump 2400 gallons of water an hour .
