The SouthHamton homeowners contacted us after the started getting smells upstairs coming from their damp finish basement . Project manager Steve sat down with the homeowners and came up with a plan to turn this damp unhealthy basement into a healthy environment..

Solutions provided:

The challenge we faced was having to remove all the finished materials out of the basement.

To address this, we provided the clients with a Level 4 Healthy Basement Certificate, which consists of a full perimeter closed drainage system (Grate-Drain), a full wall vapor barrier, a new airtight closed sump basin with a 1/3 HP Fast Sump, and 24-hour protection in case the power goes out during a heavy storm through an inverter. We also washed the walls down with a mold removal cleaner.
