John contacted us at Jamison Basement Waterproofing after his tenant complained about not being able to use the basement because of the flooding during heavy rains .

Solutions provided:

We had to remove the finished material to access the foundation walls where the source of the water was.

To address this, we provided the investors with a partial system that would control any water entering the basement from the currently leaking areas. We installed a closed drainage system with an airtight Grate Sump and a vapor barrier on the walls to channel any wall leaks down into the new drainage system.

Now the property owners can refinish the basement, and the tenant will have full use of her basement. Problem solved.
