The challenge we faced was working around a very sticky sealant on the floor that the homeowner had tried to use to keep water out of the basement.

To address this, we installed our patent Grate-Drain drainage system, which channels groundwater seepage to the Grate Sump. We also installed a vapor barrier behind the finished wall to protect against any future wall leaks. Now the homeowner can refinish her basement.
