The challenges we faced were finding out where the source of the water was coming into the basement.

To address this, our Project Manager Steve went out and met with the homeowners and recommended a Grate-Sump system with a Grate-Drain drainage system across the front wall, along with a full vapor barrier to channel any wall leaks down into the Grate-Drain drainage system. Now the homeowners can refinish their basement with peace of mind.
