Why did the customer contact us?

Ralph contacted us after finding water in his crawlspace after heavy rains and noticed the problem was starting to get worst . First Ralph had a plumber installed a Sump pump in the low spot of his crawlspace thinking that would fix the problem but after another rain he was back flooded . So that's when he knew he had to contact a professional.

The challenges we faced were that installing a drainage system in a really tight crawl space is always difficult.

To address this, Project Manager Steve went out to meet with the homeowners at their home in Ambler, PA, and after hearing them out, he knew exactly what would fix their problem.

So, he proposed a full closed drainage system (Grate-Drain) with inspection ports. This system will drain the water into the homeowners’ existing sump pump, which will then pump it out of the crawl space and far away from the home. We were able to solve their problem and save them some money by using their existing sump pump, which had been recently installed.
