The basement wall crack had an active leak for some time, so it took a little longer to stop the crack from leaking, especially because it had rained just a day before the installation.

To address this, we replaced the existing sump pump that had burned out with a new Fast Sump. We also repaired the leaking foundation wall crack. Now the homeowners can put their home on the market without the fear of losing resale value due to basement waterproofing issues.
