Sean contacted us after moving into his new home and noticed signs of water seepage. Sean has plans on turning part of the Basement into a nice laundry room for his family so he didn't want to take a chance of any water ruining it ..

Project Manager Steve Custus went out to meet with the homeowners in they stress the fact that they will be remodeling their basement in saw signs of water seepage and wanted to invest in the best drainage system on the market . So we provided the homeowners with a Grate-Drain system that will collect water below the slab and channel it to the new Grate Sump . We also protected the walls with a moisture & vapor barrier now they can finish their project knowing they have a Waterproofing system in place if they should ever need it
