The homeowners contacted us after purchasing their new home it was a few obvious areas where water has been seeping into their basement , and because the basement was finished they wanted this problem solved asap !

Solutions provided:

The solution project manager Ed provided was 3 window well drains to protect the Basement windows from flooding , also 2 new Grate Sumps with a partial Grate-Drain Drainage system to protect the Basement from ground water seepage. Than to take care of smells and high humidity in the basement we installed to high volume/ High efficient basement dehumidifiers . Now the homeowners are confident enough to refinish their basement !
