Alex called us because he just moved into his new home and his home inspector recommended he get the leaky wall cracked fix . Alex has a poured concrete foundation and noticed the wall crack starting to leak more in more after each rain .

The challenge we faced was that the wall crack was actively leaking at the time of repair, which made the job a little more challenging.

To address this, we provided a simple wall crack repair designed to last the lifetime of the home. First, we stopped the wall crack from leaking, then we installed a membrane over the crack that connects to the existing French drain, so even if the crack ever leaks again, the water will not reach the floor.
