Hosted by the East Oreland Neighborhood Association, the Oreland 5K is back for its 13th year. This beloved annual event welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels with:

• A relaxed 1-mile walk
• A fun-filled ½ mile kids run

Whether you’re chasing a personal best or just enjoying a morning with family and friends, the Oreland 5K offers something for everyone.

Supporting an Incredible Cause

This year, all race proceeds will benefit the The Breathing Room Foundation—a nonprofit dedicated to helping families impacted by cancer.

Since 1997, The Breathing Room Foundation has supported over 20,000 families across the greater Philadelphia region, including Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, Philadelphia, and Chester counties.

Their mission goes beyond basic support. They provide comprehensive, individualized care so families can focus on what matters most—healing. Their programs include:

• Financial assistance for essential needs
• Transportation to medical treatments
• Support for children (holiday gifts, school supplies)
• Home-based services like groceries, meals, and wellness check-ins

This is more than a race—it’s a way to make a real difference in people’s lives.
