The solutions we provided was a closed full perimeter drainage system with clean outs for inspection and maintenance. We also installed a new Grate Sump Sump with 1/3hp with air tight lid to protect against Radon gases . We also installed a entry wall drain to protect against leaking belico doors . Now after rains Mr Miller doesn't have to pull the shop vac out .. Problem solved !

Steve went out and met with Braden and because Steve installed quite a few egress escape window this was a quick fix . Steve took in the concerns that Braden told him about how this was really a safety precaution for his son and Steve totally understood. So Steve proposal a Beautiful stone egress window surrounded with large window that will make exiting the basement every quick and easy . Now Braden has the peace and mind that he now has a secondary exit out of his home through the Basement .

We have a French drain running the perimeter of our basement interior. We would to completely waterproof our basement versus the current system.

Years ago my father put up paneling in the basement and it was/is not proper material for a basement. As a result, even with a french drain and sump pump the paneling got wet over the 30+years and there is mold and mildew. That, coupled with a drop ceiling makes for a damp and musty basement. Looking for a company to remove paneling and ceiling, restore cinderblock walls to clean and dry again, check french drain and perhaps replace sump pump to include a heavy duty one with a battery backup. Please contact me if this is something your company is willing to do. I am very concerned for my mother as she remains in this family home. Thank you
