Solutions provided:

Jamison Basement Waterproofing installed a new GrateSump sump pump. The GrateSump pump has the capacity to remove up to 2400 gallons of water per hour and an has air tight lid that cover prevents moisture from getting into the crawl space and keeps water out of the crawlspace creating a healthier home environment.

We also installed a closed drainage system ( GrateDrain )which will channel ground water from the floor wall joint to the GrateSump..

The homeowners are free to enjoy their new house without worrying about water damage or leaking. Buying a home is stressful enough, and now they can relax knowing that it will stay dry and healthy thanks to Jamison Basement Waterproofing ..
