Solutions provided:

Project manager Steve Custus went out and sat down with the homeowners and listened to their concerns , after the meeting Steve recommended installation of a drainage system around the perimeter of the basement that would channel any ground water seepage to the new GrateSump , the Grate Sump would that pump the water out away from the foundation, all while keeping the basement dry !
