We totally encapsulated the entire Dirt crawlspace to reduce high levels of moisture and radon. We also installed a new Grate Sump and closed up the open vents and installed spray foam insulation in the outside cavitys of the rim joist . Now the homeowners can put their home back on the market without the dirt crawlspace taking away from the value of the home ...

Hi , I saw you are listed in Angie’s List. I was interested in receiving an estimate on a repair to the foundation wall in my finished basement. We live in King of Prussia. We purchased the house 5 years and never had any issues with the basement/foundation until now. Last week following one of the intense thunderstorms we’ve been having we noticed the carpeting in one corner of the basement was soaking wet. We have water backup protection under my homeowners so per that policy they dispatched Service Star who came out and did an analysis. They identified an approximate 10 foot section of the foundation wall where the water came in from. The finished basement itself is small - one family room measuring about 232 square feet with approximately 3 1/5 feet below grade in the damaged section. The remaining sections of the wall did not show moisture coming in based on their assessment. Please contact me if this is the type of more limited repair work you handle. Assuming you give free estimates please let me know if you are able to give an estimate/ballpark based on this info or if you’d like to come out and inspect before giving an estimate. Thanks. Hello. I'm interested in installing a waterproof membrane to the exterior of my foundation on two 27' sides of my home where im getting all my water leaks from in the basement. Additionally id like to add exterior drains and connect one to my sump pump and redirect the water to the lowest point of my home. I've completed excavation down to the footers on one side and demolished a concrete sidewalk on the other. I'd like to further discuss my options with one of your consultants. Thank you!
