The main reason I chose Jamison Basement waterproofing was because the salesman came up with the best solution to my problem. I also see their trucks everywhere. The office staff was very professional and the installation crew was awesome , especially the Foremen . The clean up was great as well . I would highly recommend you use this company for your next waterproofing project.

We installed a window well drain that ties into the existing Sump pump , than we installed a sealed window well surround to keep water out and to prevent the well from filling up . Now the homeowners can enjoy their newly finish basement..

We installed some drainage system with full vapor Barrier and a grate sump with a battery back up for 24hr protection , we also extended the downspout 10ft from home and wash the floor down . Hi, we bought our house last year and it appears that the sump pump system that we have is not working properly. It was installed by Valu-Dry, which has gone out of business, so we no longer have the warranty. Anyway, we may also have some clogs in our french drain that lead into the sump pump. Is there a way to clear out the french drain and replace the sump pumps so that we can keep our basement dry? We don't have any standing water yet, but the basement is starting to smell damp and the cement block seems damp on the exterior wall. Thanks!

We have a French drain but have been getting water into the basement for a few weeks now and need to have it checked.
